The warranty on Black & Decker reconditioned power tools is Two year from the date of purchase. Reconditioned tools come with a manufacturers warranty only and do not go back to the place of purchase even if defective out of the box, each manufacturer has a Factory owned and authorized warranty center setup all across the US.
