Warranty applies against rust-out, defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser on record providing that the installation was completed on the vehicle for which it was designed and tested, for the warranty period given for each specific series. MBRP Inc. will not warranty the cost of removal or re-installation of this procust. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, miuse or misapplication. The sole obligation of MBRP Inc. will be to repair or replace at their discretion. Determination of warranty on any product is subject to inspection by an MBRP Inc. warranty inspector. Customers must be properly registered and a proof of purchase is required before warranty claim can be processed. |
