This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty runs for 5 years from the date your BCL Drapery Hardware item was purchased. This warranty does not cover consumer mishandling, or any other misuse not caused by the manufacturer. BCL Drapery Hardware will replace any item deemed to be defective in materials or workmanship. The customer can choose a new product of similar composition and price. Contact any BCL Drapery Hardware via email at [email protected]. A service representative will take any necessary action to correct problems covered by this warranty.
