Limited warranty - hdkaraoke warrants the hdk-uhf 100 against in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. if a defect exists, at its option hdkaraoke will (a) repair the hdk-uhf 100 at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (b) exchange the hdk-uhf 100 with hdk-uhf 100 that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to original hdk-uhf 100, or (c) refund the purchase price of the hdk-uhf 100. replacement hdk-uhf 100 assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for customer. when hdk-uhf 100 is exchanged, any replacement hdk-uhf 100 becomes customer's property and the replaced hdk-uhf 100 becomes hdkaraoke's property. limitation of liability in no event will hdkaraoke be liable or responsible to customer for any type of incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost revenue, lost profits, replacement goods, loss of technology, rights or services, loss of data, or interruption or loss of use of service or hdkaraoke equipment. limited warranty voided. the limited warranty shall voided if the seal on the side of hdk-uhf 100 is broken. |
