All Laguna Cutlery ceramic knaves are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year after its original purchase date. We will repair or replace a new knife at no charge to its original purchaser only. We do not warrant for misusage (please refer to care & use instruction) . The warranty is exclusive and makes no other warranties. Any expressed or implied warranties on the products are limited in duration of this warranty. Laguna Cutlery shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or special damages whether a claim is based on contract, warranty or otherwise. In no event will Laguna Cutlery liability to you exceed the original purchase price of the knife. |
