| Warranty |
The limited warranty ("LM") is provided by third rail mobility, llc ("trm", "we" or "our") to the retail purchaser ("you") of this trm product; it's not transferable or assignable. trm warrants that, for (1) year from purchase date, this product shall substantially conform to the specifications provided by trm. if it does not conform, our obligation is to repair/replace your product with a new or reconditioned unit of the same product. to receive repair/replacement, send the product to us with details and a return address. we do not provide warranty for products not manufactured by us. LM is void if product is misused, damaged, repaired, or modified by anyone other than trm. LM is in lieu of any other warranty, express or implied, written or oral (including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement) with respect to the product or use, results or disposition. we do not warrant that product use shall be uninterrupted or error-free. in no event shall trm (or suppliers/licensors) be liable to you or any third party for special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, multiple or other indirect damages, or for loss of profits, loss of data or loss of use damages, arising out of or relating to the products or the use, results or disposition of the products, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or length of implied warranty, so they may not apply. LM gives you specific legal rights and it is possible you may have others. |
