Crossrock cases and bags are guaranteed against defects inmaterials and workmanship for 1-3 years (depending on model)from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. however, thisguarantee will not cover any repairs, replacements, adjustmentsor other work which is necessary as result of willful or accidentaldamage, misuse or neglect, unauthorized alterations or additions,any attempted repair which you have made without approval, ornormal wear and tear. this guarantee is limited to the bags & casesonly and does not extend to parts, materials and equipment notmanufactured by us, or to personal property not forming partsof the bag. kingstar disclaims any responsibility for incidental orconsequential damage. |
