Warranted to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of 5 (five) years from date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to any product that has been damaged, defaced or disassembled. This is the only warranty applicable. Gemcraft / Creative Crystal not liable for consequential damages or incidental damages from breach of warranty. These remedies are exclusive and no other remedy exists. Consumer must provide original invoice with date of purchase and bear all shipping costs. |
