Jca products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 1-year from the date of purchase. limited warranty is valid for all products sold in the us & canada only. outside the us please contact your local dealer. international laws related to warranty are country specific. warranty is extended to original owner only. tubes and speakers are covered by a limited 30-day warranty. please check your tubes before you call for service. they are similar to light bulbs and will wear out from time to time and require replacement. they are also sensitive to movement, shipping, etc. many of the 'service inquiries' and 'technical problems' reported are tube related. replacement tubes are affordable and it's easy to do. |
