Limited 1-Year Warranty when paperwork included in package is complete and sent in. Item can only be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase Once item is used or installed it falls under the warranty and will not be refunded only can be warrantied or replaced. When an item is eligible for refund and is returned, Diesel Power Source (DPS) will deduct the amount DPS had paid for shipping from the refunded price. Buyer also assumes all responsibility with regards to local or federal laws and regulations. Buyer also assumes all responsibility as to the application and installation of the product.
