Flueblocker.com warrants all of its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of invoice by end user. Flueblocker.com will at its option, replace or repair parts found defective and return equipment or parts to the purchaser. The above stated warranty does not apply to products, which have failed due to improper installation, misuse, alteration, unauthorized repair or modification. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable. If found defective under the terms of this warranty, repair or replacement will be made, without charge. This warranty covers normal use and does not cover damage or defect which results from alteration, accident, neglect, or improper installation, operation, or maintenance. Flueblocker.com does not accept responsibility for damage done to a person, property, chimney, or home, however it is caused. |
