Till Harvest proudly offers a 45 day (from purchase date, to original purchaser) warranty on our Gentle Giant 8 ½" Auto-Revolving Bypass Pruner. This warranty is designed to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Thereafter, purchasers are protected by lifetime warranty which specifically covers defects in workmanship and materials in the pruner's forged aluminum-alloy handles. Upon return of Gentle Giant with original receipt, we gladly replace any pruner whose forged aluminum-alloy handles prove defective in workmanship and materials. Please note warranty excludes items lost by customer, parts lost, rust damage, abuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. Without exception, a copy of sale invoice or receipt must accompany warranty claim. Please file your invoice for warranty claims. |
