LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY - KECO warrants all Plant Pod Products to be free of defect in material or workmanship, is merchantable, and is fit for the purpose for which it is intended. All Products are warranted for the lifetime of the original Purchaser. KECO will remedy any defect according to the terms of this warranty. In order to make request for credit, replacement, or claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase to KECO and return the product with all original components included. KECO maintains the right at its discretion to make final determination of eligibility of the warranty claim. KECO will replace or credit any defective Product at no charge to the Purchaser. There are no other warranties, expressed, or implied, extended to the Purchaser. |
