The FantasyGlide is covered by a lifetime no questions asked warranty. Should the FantasyGlide ever become defective under normal use it will be replaced in part, or in whole, after it is returned to FantasyGlide.com for evaluation. Email customer service, stating the problem, for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Return the FantasyGlide to us (in its original carton if you still have it), making sure the RMA number is prominently displayed on the label or exterior of the box. You are responsible for covering the return shipping charge. Upon receipt, your FantasyGlide will be examined and a complete new unit or part will be replaced. |
