| Warranty |
Warranty is applied for one year after purchase for defects in workmanship. This does not apply to rusting, paint loss, or damage due to use or misuse or any factor beyond our control. All warranty claims must include clear photos and a description of the defect of workmanship claim. We reserve the right to replace all or part of the item if deemed covered by warranty by our company. We are not liable for any claims in excess of the sale value of the item purchased. Including any liability for products not being available for use. We will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect or punitive damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by a third party except as expressly provided herein. Our sole liability for any claims, whether based in contract or tort, at law or in equity, for any loss or damages arising, resulting from, or connected with the products, and this agreement shall be limited to the lessor of the actual amount of such lessor damages or the purchase price paid by the customer for the products that are the subject of the claim. In plain English, we will never have to refund more then what you have paid for the item. |
