Platinum Tools warrants the Purchaser that the products purchased will be of merchantable quality and free from defects of material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a minimum of one year from the date of the Platinum Tools, Inc. invoice. Platinum Tools is not liable for products that are damaged as the result of Purchasers' lack of adequate instructions on the proper use of a product. Platinum Tools will not be liable for any modifications to its products by the Purchaser or Purchasers agent. Such modifications shall void the warranty. Satisfaction of this warranty will be limited to (at Platinum Tools' discretion) |
