All Body Armor products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship prior to shipping and/or installation. Any alterations or improper use will void this warranty. Body Armor products are built and sold for off-road use, and as such, users of said products assume all liability in the application and use of said products. This warranty is non-transferrable. Body Armor Inc.'s limit of liability under this warranty is to replace a given product at Body Armor's option. Consequential costs such as, but not limited to, labor feed, loss of use, loss of time, and/or freight charges are not covered. Product(s) that have been abused, altered, incorrectly installed or used in competition are void of said warranty. Warranty Procedure |
