Innovative Creations Inc. (ICI) guarantees the original purchaser of our product a limited one year warranty from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials, workmanship, and structure; and a 60 day powder coat finish warranty. This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards, gravel or other debris, product misuse, improper installation, impairments from accents, product modifications, shipping damage, product neglect or scratches during the warranty period. This limited warranty applies only to new products only and is limited the the repair or replacement of the company's product. Warranty does not include costs of removal, installation, labor, inconvenience, or consequential damages. |
