Thank you for buying an STM product. We use the best materials and accessories available, so you are unlikely to have any problems with an STM product. In the event that you do have a problem, we are happy to inspect the product in question. STM warrants to the original purchaser that our products* are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it without charge. You may not qualify for warranty replacement or repair if your bag is affected by accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration, or the natural breakdown of materials that may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty also excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss. If the product is found to be defective, STM's only obligation and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the STM product. |
