Crossrock cases and bags are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. this guarantee will not cover any repairs, replacements, adjustments or other work which is necessary as result of willful or accidental damage, misuse or neglect, unauthorized alterations or additions, any attempted repair which you have made without approval, or normal wear and tear. this guarantee is limited to the bags& cases only and does not extend to parts, materials and equipment not manufactured by us, or to personal property not forming parts of the bags. crossrock case company disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage. |
