WordLock warrants that the lock will remain operational during normal use for as long as you own the lock. This warranty does not include inability to open the lock as a result of your loss of the combination. If your lock fails, please return it to the address on this support website, for a replacement lock. Except as set forth herein, WordLock provides no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, noninfringement or fitness for a particular purpose. WORDLOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM LOCK FAILURE OR DEFECTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the preceding exclusion may not apply to you. |
