ALL American Cartridges warrants to the original purchaser, for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase, that each of its products is free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages and is limited to the refund or replacement. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures that result from improper maintenance or cleaning, alteration or modification of the product, or from products or services not supplied by us. Nor does it cover failures resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, or faulty installation. |
