L.H. Dottie Company warrants to wholesale purchasers (contractors) of products from L.H. Dottie authorized distributors that at the time of purchase such products shall be free of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misuse, overloading, alteration or products that have not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with L. H. Dottie's written instructions. This warranty runs for a period of 90 days following the date of purchase by the original wholesale purchaser. |
