This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During said warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or similar model) at Danco, Inc.'s option. Proof of purchase is required for warranty to be honored. This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused or altered in any way. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during the limited warranty period, you must call 1-888-462-4338 to receive instructions to obtain repair or replacement services. Implied warranties including that of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly limited in duration to the one year time period of this warranty. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. |
