Daniel Boulud Cutlery offers a 25 year limited warranty against defects in workmanship or material. Any cutlery found to contain a manufacturer¹s defect should be returned, postage paid, to The Excel Group at the address below. The Excel Group, at its option, will repair or replace any item determined to be defective with the same item or an item of equal or greater value. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, abuse or failure to use proper care in accordance with the use and care instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. |
