Some people have reported the pain beginning to resolve in 1/2 to 1 hour. Most individuals should expect to take several days to a week to reach a maximum effect. Do not stop if you don't have improvement in one week. Some take up to two weeks. It is worth the wait. For severe chronic pain, the response may be slower, although not always. There are some who reduced their pain by 50% the first week and by 90% to 100% the second week or beyond. CONSISTENT USE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.
