Sumner manufacturing warrants all our products against defects and materials or workmanship. This warrany covers replacements or repair or defective parts for the lifetime of the product, provided that failure is not due to abuse, abnormal use, or by normal wear and tear. No other warranty either written or oral shall apply. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness. In no event does Sumner Manufacturing's liability extend beyond repair or replaement of it's products as of warranty above. |
