LIMITED WARRANTY. MSA warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship during normal use for one year from date of purchase. Call 1(888) 672-4692 and MSA will repair or replace the product, at MSA's sole discretion. MSA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. MSA specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. |
