Chantal warrants that the ceramic bakeware will stay free of defects in material or manufacture (including cracking, crazing or fading) that will render them unserviceable during the one-year period beginning on the date of purchase by the first user. For warranty coverage, you must present your receipt to prove date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover (1) ordinary wear and tear (such as scratches or stains to external or internal surfaces that do not impair the functional utility of the product), (2) minor imperfections in the finish or slight color variations that are a normal part of the craftsmanship, (3) impact damage or breakage, (4) exposure to extreme temperatures, including pre-heating product empty and sudden temperature changes (cool liquid in a hot dish) resulting in damage to the dish and/or other property, or (5) other misuse. Failure to follow the accompanying Use and Care instructions or use of the bakeware in commercial applications will void this warranty. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, THAT APPLY TO ANY PARTS OF THE CERAMIC BAKEWARE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE PERIODS OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES GIVEN ABOVE FOR THOSE SAME PARTS. CHANTAL DISCLAIMS THOSE WARRANTIES THEREAFTER. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Your remedy for breach of this warranty is replacement of the product. You will be responsible for a shipping and handling fee. This is the exclusive and sole remedy for any breach of warranty. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHANTAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PROPERTY. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. |
