In the event you are not satisfied, please contact us prior to leaving feedback to give us the opportunity to try and make things right. We are very easy to work with as our positive feedback shows. If you need to return your product, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Return processing time generally takes a few days. In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you at our cost. (A picture of the damaged part may be required to ensure we send the correct replacement). Buyer must report these conditions to BCM via E-Mail within 3 days after receiving item or items purchased will be presumed to be in excellent condition and without fault. Remember if there is a problem, contact us first before leaving feedback - we want to help resolve problems quickly. |
